The iPad Referral Program

GREAT NEWS! SYS EDUCATION IS RUNNING A “REFER A FRIEND” PROGRAM IN SUPPORT OF OREGON CHARTER ACADEMY. HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

If you like Oregon Charter Academy, recommend us to a friend! During the enrollment process, if a newly enrolled family puts you as the person who referred them to Oregon Charter Academy, you will:

  • Earn a $25 Amazon e-gift card for EVERY student enrolled that puts your name as the referral.

  • For the first 5 students that enroll, you will earn an extra $100 Amazon e-gift card (1 time payout for the first 5 students).

  • For the first 10 students that enroll, you will earn an Apple iPad Air 11 inch with the M3 chip (1 time payout for the first 10 students)

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE?

  • SYS Education’s “Refer a Friend to Oregon Charter Academy” program runs from May 1, 2025 through October 5, 2025. 

  • Referrals of students who are actively enrolled by October 6 are eligible for referral awards.

  • Amazon e-gift cards and iPads to be sent to qualifying referrers the week of October 13, 2025.

WHO QUALIFIES TO MAKE REFERRALS?

  • If you are the parent/guardian of a student who was enrolled in the 2023-2024 or the 2024-2025 school years, you can make referrals!

  • If you are a student who was enrolled in the 2023-2024 or the 2024-2025 school years, you can make referrals!

HOW DO I DOCUMENT A REFERRAL I’VE MADE?

  • When a new family enrolls, there will be a step in the enrollment process in which they can let us know if they’ve been referred by anyone! 

  • It is up to the enrolling family to let us know who referred them.

  • During the enrollment process, we will collect first and last names as well as city of residence of the referring party.

WHO CAN I REFER?

  • This offer is valid for referrals of newly enrolling students.

  • Newly enrolling students is defined as a student who have not been enrolled since May 1, 2025. 

  • You can refer any students who are not currently enrolled at ORCA and have not been since at least May 1, 2025. 

Official Terms & Conditions

Parents/guardians or current students who refer a student who enrolls at Oregon Charter Academy (ORCA) and attends for 30 days will be eligible to receive prizes through the referral program. The program will be a tiered rewards system, with different prizes awarded to those who have referred more students. After referring a single student who has enrolled at ORCA, a person is eligible to receive an e-gift card in the amount of $25.00 to Amazon.com. The same person can refer multiple students to receive the reward multiple times. After referring five (5) students who enroll at ORCA, a person is eligible to receive an e-gift card to Amazon.com in the amount of $100.00. After referring ten (10) students who enroll at ORCA, a person is eligible to receive an Apple iPad Air 11 inch with the M3 chip. A person will receive one (1) iPad for the first ten (10) students referred, no additional. 

Who is eligible to make referrals: Parents/guardians of students currently enrolled at ORCA are eligible to make referrals. Parents/guardians of students who will not return to ORCA for school year 2025-2026, whether through graduation or personal choice, are eligible to make referrals. Parents/guardians of enrolled students who are employed by ORCA are eligible to make referrals. Parents/guardians of students who were enrolled at ORCA during the 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 school years are eligible to make referrals. Students who were enrolled at ORCA during the 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 school years are eligible to make referrals. 

This offer is valid for referrals made between the dates of May 1, 2025 and October 6, 2025. Referrals will be recorded when the enrolling student lists the person who referred them during the enrollment process. This offer is only considered valid if the referred student enrolls starting Fall 2025 and remains enrolled for at least 30 days. This offer is only considered valid if the referred student is newly enrolled. Newly enrolled is defined as a student who has not been enrolled since May 1, 2025. Multiple students who are referred and enroll from the same family count as multiple referrals. Prizes will be awarded the week of October 13th after verification of data. Anyone who has made confirmed referrals will be contacted via the most recent email address on file with ORCA. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Other restrictions may apply. SYS Education has the right to change/cancel this program at any time.
